With over 10 years’ experience in learning and development roles working within various industries including but not limited to demand generation and telecommunications.

In my previous roles, I specialised in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs both in the UK and overseas. My skills and experience have been transferrable to my role with ZLX.

My primary role is to ensure our consultants have a successful onboarding journey with ZLX by continuously assessing the needs of the business and the effectiveness of our consultants. This started with analysing the current training needs, to developing an effective training program and continuously evaluating the success of this.
