My role within ZLX is product support this involves supporting the development of a new CRM system and working on documentation. I have experience in requirements gathering for app production and App and Web App development these skills are used in helping to develop new Systems for ZLX. I also help to assist with technical detail included within submissions enhancing client claims.
I am currently studying a degree in Computer Science. Working at ZLX will allow me to develop and use the skills I have learned through my studies within the business.
